The New Norcon Ltd. Company contains a group of three people that has a big experience in planning, building and developing a new properties .After one year of a research, examining and looking for, the group have decided to develop a properties in TRNC in good places near the sea from seeing of view that this country will flourish in the next years.
The group is developing now a new project not far away of 36 flats in a building of 6 flats in each with a communal swimming pool.
One of the members of the group is a Turkish man and Israeli that have design and build hundreds of flat, plots, villas and public buildings in Israel and Turkey, and in TRNC he built the dorms of the students in the University of Pamagusta.
The Second member is an Israeli man who is Civil and Construction engineer that has completed one of the best engineering university in the world - “The Technion of Haifa” in Israel 30 YEARS ago. Moreover, he is recognized as a well known contractor and has designed and built hundreds of flats, plots, villas and public buildings in Israel.
The Third member is another Israeli man who is a management engineer that has completed one of the best university in the world “The University of Tel Aviv” The group has a local and Turkish experienced builders and a local engineer that will turn the plans to a reality in the best professional work.
